  • BCSD announces three finalists for 2017 District Teacher of the Year

    BCSD announced its three Honor Roll Teacher of the Year finalists at its annual Teacher Forum Induction on Friday, March 24, at Freedom Church. The finalists, Cane Bay High’s Nicholas Snyder, Devon Forest Elementary’s Dr. Shelley Matthews, and Philip Simmons Middle’s Dylan Hudson, were recognized along with other school-level teachers of the year at the celebration.   • 2017-2018 Instructional Calendar

    A draft of the 2017-2018 Instructional Calendar was presented to the Board of Education at its Tuesday, March 14 meeting. The second reading and final vote is expected at the next regular board meeting on March 28.
